Yahoo SiteBuilder is a very popular tool, which allows you to quickly create an entire web site without any knowledge of HTML. It includes hundreds customizable templates for business and hobby uses. With just a few clicks, you can insert photos, create new buttons, add wallpapers, draw tables, create forms and much more.
